Site of the Ned Fish Studio on State Street in Marblehead.
Later he moved the studio to The Old Squash House and this building became the Cobbler's Bench.
Across the street was the Kings Rook, where I was sent to get the pastries for the models during tea break. This task and washing Ned's brushes were part of my training until I got in my first show in the summer of 1965.
This picture was taken on a short visit in August 1995, circumstantially the building was torn down the following week.
